My MC has been random closing, and it posts an error report:

    Spoiler:

I restarted etc, but it still crashes. Any advice?

My mc crashes all the time. If you have any mods, you could delete them, just incase they are the cause of it.

That looks like a graphics driver clash, it's why I couldn't play minecraft on my dads old computer.

Has your graphics card drivers been updated recently?

(However COULD run a server, od? I think so)

    -Edit-

    Read around and found that

    # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x69cc01f3, pid=7904, tid=13144

is something to do with the Java virtual machine, I have read that you have to upgrade the JVM due to some files becoming corrupt. Then again, there're a number of things you can try named in this thread:

I'm not too good with Java, but after getting tired of MC crashing I did a little research. It turns out that my Windows 7 64 Bit had installed Java as 32 bit, so it allocated so little memory to MC that it crashed about every ten minutes. So I (Orc) installed 64 bit Java over it an allocated more memory to minecraft. So I would suggest that, depending on the amount of ram you have, allocate more to minecraft. Since I did this, I've had countless mods on, and have yet to crash.

    "Graphics Driver Clash".. Wtf?

1; Update Java Virtual Machine (or un-install and install again)
2; Delete Minecraft folders and re-install minecraft.
3; How much RAM do you have?

Wow, I didnt think that happened to anyone else but thats been happening to me since i started MC and its the reason im logging on and off so much as i play. I end up with loads of them error reports. Low render helps.

I dont exactely know where i read it but! i know i have read it somewhere that

    jvm_args: -Xms512m -Xmx1024m

Should be equal as the other in that cause u will need to change it.

-Xms1024m -Xmx1024m whould then be right! (i can be wrong but try to change it. If you got laptop dont increase the amount, but if you got a desktop
you can do if if you got enough ram.

To advise you should download Game Booster (search at google ofc) and install it. It will tell you if any of ur PC-parts is out of date (driver update required).

also update ur java version the new version is named Java SE 6 Update 27, you got Java SE 6 Update 26

    Java Update Download Link

    http://www.java.com/de/download/manual.jsp

    Java Win 7 / XP 32 bit SE 6 Update 27

    Java Win 7 / XP 64 bit SE 6 Update 27

but first uninstall your old java version and then install the new one

We have detected you may be viewing this page in a 32-bit browser. If you use 32-bit and 64-bit browsers interchangeably, you will need to install both 32-bit and 64-bit Java in order to have the Java plug-in for both browsers.

Should I remove older versions of Java?
We highly recommend users remove all older versions of Java from your system.
Keeping old and unsupported versions of Java on your system presents a serious security risk.
Removing older versions of Java from your system ensures that Java applications will run with the most up-to-date security and performance improvements on your system.

Yar, it had to do with not being able to open certain things with drivers and such for on-board graphics 'cards'. Don't ask me, it's what I was told and gathered from the countless threads I read at the time.
