jenius20 ban appeal

Hey i was temporarly banned (by yarwood i asumed as he killed me first which is what yar would do)
basicly i was pvping near spawn and i sneak up on djdash or sumin and kill him i then go home as im almost dead drop off my stuff andreturn to find him in exactly the same place. I almost kill him again and hes like ohh you compassed to me which is utter crap. I assume this is not why i am banned as noone could prove something that didnt happen. then he calls me a faggot for around 10mins saying im a "pussy" so i get my pvp clan to go fight him. we have raging pvp where he has killed a few members of my clan a few times. so then i see him chase him and kill him. then i reali tht the random chests are his home so i am very mad now. I then say after around 20seconds when i realise he keeps on /homeing i say to everyone dont atk first wait for him to atk( as if he attacks first then im allowed to defend myself) so we wait and then one of my can members who i dont really know kills him a few times (not me) then i get tped into the air i lose around 45 diamonds worth of stuff and then are temp banned, not only is thi frustrating but also it has wrecked my rep and i can imagine him soaking it up.
I dont not want anyone to be banned as all he did was make bogus claims and harras me for like 15minutes. i would just like a staff, mabye yar to explain what he saw in his eyes for me to be wrong and hopefully we can sort this out.

Is that so? Well, i dont take kindly to what should be the better part of the server abusing their powers. you should be banned and stay banned. Also, You really show your maturity in your wall of text mostly made of slander. Have you not heard of the ban appeal template?
